Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions set out the obligations to the Customer and their commitments to Guestwho?. (the “Company”) when booking a Guestwho? Party(“Event”). These terms form the basis of the contract between the Company and the Customer. By making a booking with the Company, the Customer will be regarded as having read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
All descriptions and illustrations on this website represent the general idea of Guestwho? parties. All information, prices and claims are correct at the time of printing.

Fees
The fee for the Event shall be payable by the Customer at the rate specified in the fee schedule. A deposit of 25% of the fee must be received by the Company within 7 days of the date of booking the Event in order to secure the booking. An invoice will be issued at the event and the balance must be paid by the end of the event. Clients wishing to pay by BACS or electronic transfer should contact Guestwho? to arrange payment. In this case payment must be made before the event.

Additional Expenses
The Customer will be notified at the time of booking if any additional expenses will be incurred. The actual cost of additional expenses will be itemised on the final invoice. Additional expenses include but are not limited to: overnight accommodation where required.

Payment
The final invoice will be presented to the Customer on the day of the Event. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Filbert Splosh Ltd.’ The invoice will be paid in full at the end of the event. The Customer will not be entitled for any reason to withhold payment of monies due to the Company.

Changing your Booking
Should the Customer wish to change any part of their booking the Company will try to comply with the request, but cannot guarantee that changes can always be made. Where a change can be made, the Customer will not be charged if the request is made more than 30 days prior to the Event. If the Customer requests a change within 30 days of the Event and this change is made the Customer will be charged an administration charge of £30.

Cancellation
Customer’s wishing to cancel a booking should advise the Company immediately by telephone, or email followed by confirmation in writing. If an Event is cancelled within 30 days of the Event date no refund will be available. If an Event is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the Event a full refund will be available.
The Company can accept bookings for Events many months in advance. Very occasionally changes may be made and the Company reserves the right to do so. This may involve having to reschedule the timing, possibly at short notice, due to factors beyond their control. In the unlikely event of the Company having to cancel an Event a full refund of the amount paid will be available. If the cancellation takes place on the day of the event, a full refund will be available plus a 10% discount for one future booking. No other liability will be accepted.
The company reserves the right to alter or vary these terms and conditions at its absolute discretion upon giving reasonable notice to the Customer.

Photography
Photographs and video recording will take place at the company’s discretion at all events; the resulting images will be used for marketing purposes. A customer wishing that no photography should take place should inform the company in writing before the event takes place.
